The Marmalade Lily Marriage Retreat Weekend

Randy & Julie Watson are high school sweethearts who have been married for 33 years and together for 40. They have four children: Lindsey (29), Melissa (27) who is married to her high school sweetheart Kyle, Mark (20), Luke (17), and one grandson, Emmett (7 months and counting). Mark and Luke are both adopted from China, where the Watson’s lived for several years. They also lived in Belgium prior to that.

Randy is a second career pastor at Branches Church in Loveland, after being called out of a 30-year career as an R&D chemist. He loves bringing that same experimental approach and rigorous search for truth to his ministry. He is a Certified SYMBIS Assessment Facilitator.

Julie has been a stay-at-home mom with all her children and now has the privilege of caring for her grandson during the day. Julie has a passion for women’s ministry and helping women fulfill their callings. Together they are passionate about counseling couples with biblical wisdom towards healthy and thriving marriages. They are avid outdoor adventurers and enjoy rock climbing, wilderness backpacking, and just generally being together outside.
