Coordinator

The Coordinator attends to and is responsible for all aspects of our events. They develop a relationship with our clients, they walk with them through the planning process, create all of their wedding documents like timelines, and layouts, and the Coordinator directs the event from the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception. This candidate must be organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, and love to host events.

Events occur on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Candidates must be available at least 2 of the three weekend days, as well as some weekday evenings for meetings.

Facilitator

The Facilitator ensures a seamless event by assisting the Coordinator with timeline tasks, providing client services like golf cart rides, directions, assisting with table moves, floral set up, and end of event recovery and breakdown. The facilitator job is a training ground for other positions at TML and candidates excelling in this position will be considered for a Coordinator position in the future.

Events occur on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Candidates must be available at least 1 of the three weekend days.

Event Set Up

The event set-up team is responsible for executing the set up and design instructions from the Coordinator and floral design team. This includes table and chair moves, table setting with linens, glassware, etc., draping the wedding arbor, prepping the grounds, and making sure the venue is spotless and ready to go for the wedding.

The candidate must be a self starter with good organization skills. Physical strength is also needed to move tables, chairs,etc.

Hours for this position are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7:45 to 11:30 am. Candidate may work one or more weekend days.

Floral Design Team

We design all of the florals for our weddings in-house as well as other wedding venues and have a skilled team of floral designers who execute the wedding couple’s vision with excellence. We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in floral design and client consultations. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of flowers and technical skills in floral design.

This is a 20 to 40 hours per week job depending on the season.
