Garden Manager – The Marmalade Lily (Loveland, OH)

Full-Time | $40,000–$55,000/year (DOE)

We are hiring a Garden Manager to oversee the daily care and seasonal planning of our flower farm and venue gardens. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who loves working with plants, understands growing cycles, and takes pride in beautiful, well-maintained spaces.

Responsibilities

Daily garden maintenance (weeding, watering, pruning, planting)

Seasonal planning and care of annuals, perennials, and cut flowers

Managing propagation, transplanting, and greenhouse tasks

Monitoring plant health, pests, and diseases

Harvesting flowers for events

Organizing tools and supplies; ordering materials as needed

Leading or training seasonal helpers

Requirements

Experience in horticulture, gardening, landscaping, or flower farming

Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail

Knowledge of organic and sustainable garden practices

Ability to work independently and outdoors in all seasons

Reliable, organized, and proactive

Compensation

$40,000–$55,000 depending on experience

Full-time preferred; part-time considered

Flexible schedule with seasonal variation
