Positions We Hire For

Throughout the year, we regularly bring on team members in the following roles:

Wedding Coordinators
Our coordinators guide couples through their wedding day with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. This role is perfect for organized, people-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable experiences.

Event Facilitators
Event facilitators help ensure events run smoothly behind the scenes. They assist with logistics, guest experience, and supporting the coordinator throughout weddings and special events.

Setup Crew
Our setup team helps transform our spaces for events. This role includes arranging ceremony and reception layouts, moving décor and furniture, and helping create beautiful event environments.

Gardeners
Our gardens are at the heart of what we do. Gardeners help maintain and care for our flower fields, landscapes, and regenerative growing spaces throughout the season.

U-Pick Flower Team
During our U-Pick season, team members help guests enjoy the flower fields, provide guidance on harvesting flowers, and create a welcoming farm experience.
