Artisanal Floral Services

Thank you so much for reaching out to us about florals for your special day! We absolutely love flowering weddings in Cincinnati, OH + beyond and can’t wait to help bring your vision to life.

We have included our Artisanal Wedding Florals plan structure below so you can understand and begin your floral journey with The Marmalade Lily.

the plan

You will receive a personalized Floral Consultation phone call with our Lead Designer 4-6 months out from your wedding day.  During this call we will talk through your aesthetic and vision for your special day and finalize details. 

Our highly talented and creative  Marmalade Lily Floral Design Team will create your personal pieces and any other desired floral pieces in our design studio the week of your wedding. We design with specialty blooms that are either sourced in or harvested directly from our gardens.

The morning of your wedding, you can either pick up your floral pieces from The Marmalade Lily, or we can deliver them to your venue.  

You get to watch your vision come to life and experience the joy flowers bring to your special day!

the pricing

personal pieces

Created by our Floral Designers in studio.  You can expect to budget $1,000 (min) – $1,500 to flower your wedding party.  This could include but not limited to the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, corsage cuffs, pin corsages, pocket squares, boutonnieres, flower girl and ring bearer pieces.

ceremony pieces

Designed in studio or on site depending on the piece.  You can expect to budget at least $300 on ceremony pieces depending on your vision. This could include but is not limited to floral swags for your arbor, floral ceremony feature, aisle flowers, entrance florals. 

Our delivery and install services require a $1,800 order  minimum and the service fee will depend on location and install.  

reception pieces

Designed in studio or on site depending on the piece.  Budgeting varies depending on table count and vision. Oftentimes reception pieces included are not limited to guest table centerpieces, sweetheart/head table pieces, bar pieces and cake flowers. 

delivery and install

Delivered to your venue the morning of your wedding.  Any onsite florals will be completed and installed.  We offer delivery and install for orders of $1,800 or more. The delivery and install fee varies depending on location and install.

create an initial quote

If you would like to pursue moving forward with us, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page and we will create an individualized initial quote for you.  This will be emailed to you within 48 business hours.

book your date

We require a 50% initial payment of your initial quote (that we will email to you) to secure your date.  Once your date is booked, we can adjust your quote as necessary during the planning process, but the priority is to get your event secured on our calendar.

floral consultation phone call

You will have a 30 minute phone call with the Lead  Floral Designer, 4-6 months prior to your wedding.  During this call we will talk through your aesthetic and vision for your special day.  We will make any adjustments necessary to your order.  You will have open email communication with us from here on out. 

 (This package does not include an in person Floral Meeting.  If you would prefer to meet in person with one of our  Floral Designers, then you are welcome to add this to your order for $100.  Your Floral Meeting would take place at The Marmalade Lily and will last up to 1 hour)
